Taking care of ourselves and others was a huge part of 2020, but in isolation, no one from outside of our contained lives could help us physically. It was very impersonal mentally. I chose to nourish and take care of myself. The droplet is making a choice to focus on myself and my health, and that one ounce of love can go a long way.
